About Me
Seen was created from my experience working in two very different worlds — corporate America and private homes.
In corporate, everything had structure —
roles were defined, expectations were clear, and systems supported the work.
Inside homes, I saw the opposite.
For over 20 years in childcare as a career nanny,
I worked closely with families navigating newborn stages, toddler years, and beyond — often without clear systems in place.
The mental load is heavy, communication is unclear, and so much was left unspoken.
And yet, these homes were expected to run smoothly.
I knew there was a better way.
Seen was created to bring the structure of corporate systems into the reality of family life
— through workshops that include TrustLine guidance, contracts, and aligned home systems that actually support how people live.
